- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run multiple discounts and financing so do not hesitate to ask for current specials! Our website or fb page is a great resource to keep up to date with our promos. Once you request a quote, all fees and taxes are included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, once we are contacted by a client, a representative will follow up over the phone to get a feel of the customer’s needs. A free of charge estimate will be scheduled at the earliest convenient, where a representative will consult with the client to meet the customer’s expectations. A written quote will be delivered to the client’s email and once the customer accepts it, a date will be set so our team gets to the project place and complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a background in interior decoration, it was natural that painting would follow. High level of experience in carpentry and remodeling ensures attention to detail as interior and exterior painting are extensions of our practice.
