I am only training clients out of these Vanguard Key Clubs locations listed below Newburyport MA, North Hampton NH, Kingston NH and Portsmouth NH I will bring you attention to detail and customized programs based on your body’s specific goals and requirements to help aide you in achieving proper daily movement Ever since I graduated school in 2007, Ive had a passion for fitness. I immediately enrolled in The National Personal Training Institute in FL and completed 500 hours of hands on training to achieve my Master by PT Cert. ‍ I enjoy working with clients because of the positive results they achieve, not only physically, but mentally. Helping clients work on fitness goals and be a part of their journey to feel amazing is truly a rewarding experience. ‍ I feel fortunate to be back home in Exeter NH, getting to know the many clients in the community, and assisting them in realizing their limitless potential! Brad is a phenomenal 5-star personal trainer whom I wholeheartedly recommend. When I began my journey with Brad, I initially saw it as a temporary solution to gain strength and mobility for my equestrian fitness. I have been working out with Brad for almost 1.5 years. Brad is an exceptional physical trainer whose deep knowledge and professionalism sets him apart. His expertise ensures that every session is both effective and educational. Brad's flexibility in scheduling and adapting workouts to fit my needs has been invaluable. He genuinely cares for my body, always prioritizing my well-being and progress. Brad was always super careful about my knees and back (I've had some minor problems in the past) and always adapted workouts to strengthen the weak spots. I highly recommend Brad for anyone seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer, especially if you are starting off with concerns about knees, back etc.

I have worked with Brad for over a year now. I started my fitness journey in March of 2023 where I had no lifting experience at all. Brad helped me learn many lifts and emphasized form and safety precautions for all of them. Working with Brad I was able to gain confidence in the gym. His personality and passion for training was inspiring. I now work remotely with Brad as he writes my weekly workout plans. He is extremely flexible around my schedule and every time I mention concerns he is prompt to respond. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone no matter where they are at in their fitness journey.
