FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on labor hours required and materials. Some of our competitors are cheaper
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial phone call to discuss the project and your needs, followed by an in person estimate where we do a walkthrough and go over project specifics. From there, we take our measurements and write up a formal estimate with project specifics, pricing, and other details. Once a customer signs on, we discuss timeframe and set the schedule depending on how far out the project is. As your project comes up in our queue, we'll notify you of when the crew will be arriving and any last minute details. Once on site, your dedicated Site Manager will review the project and expectations of the work with you. Depending on project size 1-6 painters will work along side the Site Manager. Through out the project, the Site Manager will be checking in to confirm expectations are being met, and if there are any adjustments or questions that come up. At the end of the project, the Site Manager will do a final walkthrough to ensure all touch ups are done and the project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I start painting in 2008, and worked my way up at a nation wide painting company overseeing operations for NY states. I have also owned an operated several painting franchises, setting records for quality and customer service company wide. In 2019 I decided to go independent, wanting to run a small, steady growth company, built around customer service, quality, and out team.
