- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the size of the house, the number of bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms... Our company has loyalty cards and also discounts for customers who refer friends and family
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure to answer all questions and also provide a list of the cleaning service so the customer knows what to expect. We also carry out a free in-person or online consultation to better understand the customer's expectations regarding the cleaning they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are highly trained and we have been doing this job for years.
