Our experience at the Maple Street property has been positive. It's a quiet neighborhood with a family oriented feel. Our dog loves the fenced yard and we enjoy using the deck for added outdoor living space.

Ive been asked to share my opinions of my time with Real Property, so here is the review:Pros:Gave me a place to live I could afford.Apartment was recently updated.Cons:Biggest one, December 2023 my vehicle was parked in my designated parking lot when the river crested overnight double what it should have been and my SUV was deemed a total loss. The apartment from Rochesters zoning is listed as a FLOOD ZONE, I did not know this nor was it ever mentioned. An absolute nightmare getting my car out of the parking lot and nothing from the management team on assistance.Dealing with troubling neighbors, after dozens of calls/emails detailing issues to the office something was finally done about it. It should not take months or that many people complaining to do something about disrespectful tenants.My kitchen ceiling had rain damage from 2023, it was never dealt with.The alarm system, over the last 2 years there have been more faulty alarms supposedly used for safety. Alarms malfunctioning beeping in common hallways for days or once even a WEEK incessantly.And the most recent one, my address is listed as a business address, therefore I cannot forward my mail when I moveThat is my review, that you definitely did not ask for.

In all our years of involvement there we have never seen water like that in the parking lot and were not aware that could be a possibility.
