- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to offer a quote but I am also prepared to do hourly plus materials which sometimes makes more sense for the customer. If I do hourly I use an app to track my time and give a full report at the end of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I like to meet with them and take a look at the job then I can address any concerns they might have and get a feel for what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did my apprenticeship in England where we did a lot of interior work in older buildings often with a lot of decorative and detail work. Wallpaper was very popular when I first started out so I have many years experience doing it. I took classes on faux finishes too.
