- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The "standard" rate is $100 per hour with a minimum of 15-minutes for a reading by either Bruce or Red; for parties the "standard" rate is $40 per person (host/hostess is free). However, all prices are negotiable since there is no such thing as a "standard" reading. All situations are unique, so we accommodate accordingly. Travel time is typically built into the cost; there may be an additional charge for long distance travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing for us when working with a new customer is to get them to feel comfortable, since readings often become a deep emotional experience. We will ask for information that will help identify the best type of reading for the questions that the customer wishes to be answered or the type of guidance they are looking for. We will answer any customer questions as to the types of readings we perform and the pros/cons of them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
That is a bit of a long story. Bruce has utilized his left brain analytical abilities as an environmental engineer for over 30 years and his right brain creativity and artistry as he has also been a professional singer (with his own a capella group) for over 10 years. His fascination with numbers led him to become a natural numerologist. He learned the art of reading tarot cards 25 years ago and over time slowly increased his abilities as a psychic intuitive and clairvoyant. He began teaching his daughter Rebecca how to read tarot cards when she was 10 years old and encouraged her to discover and develop her own psychic gifts. Now, an experienced tarot reader, Bekka is also an empath with a specialty in energy transference.
