Before I begin my review, I should let you know that I, myself, am a very meticulous housekeeper, so a 5 star from me is given with much decision. I am rating Jackie 5 stars because she is very receptive to feedback. Cleaning the house of another housekeeper is one of the hardest things a housekeeper can do. Especially so early in her career. Overall, I was pleased with her work. The little things missed (that I probably only noticed because I clean for a living) were pretty small items. However, she got everything I mentioned I was particular about when she came to quote my house. When I text her with my feedback on the little items, she was receptive, unnecessarily apologetic and promised to address the issue. I have absolutely no doubt she will do just that. This, I feel, is the #1 quality any housekeeper should have. As housekeepers, we are not perfect, every house is different, every client has different needs and expectations, and the only way we can be effective and successful in our career is to accept feedback and fix it. As clients, it's our job to communicate issues. If we don't tell them, they can't fix it. And, if we do tell them and they respond badly, that's just more business for the good ones like Jackie! I was thrilled that she was so receptive to my feedback housekeeper to housekeeper. I've had some experiences with other cleaners who were not great cleaners and were downright rude in their responses. You won't see that happen with Jackie. She'll take care of your home just the way you want! Her prices are more than reasonable and she was flexible with my schedule as I had to cancel my first appointment due to an emergency room visit. You really can't go wrong by hiring Jackie. You won't regret it.

Jackie sent a reminder, was prompt and spent close to an entire day on her 1st visit. When I came home from work, the house looked noticably cleaner. She'll be back monthly.

Jackie cleaned our house today for the first time and did a great job! She was on time and professional, very nice and very nice to work with. I almost forgot that we had the house cleaned today and upon returning home from work I noticed that it didn't smell like smoke like it does on humid days sometimes (previous owners had smoked :( ) and looked around and then it hit me, there was a noticeable difference in the cleanliness and feel of our home. It was so nice to come home to all the clean nooks and crannies! Will definitely be using again!

All quoted prices Include cleaning supplies and equipment provided by me. Pets are never an issue and no extra charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial contact, I like to get a basic idea of your needs and answer questions you may have. We would then schedule a walk through to further discuss detail of the services being requested along with any special requests or information I should know to complete each job/session.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've had all types of clients with many different needs from heavy duty move out cleaning to light general cleaning. I've also worked with a few clients who needed organization and deep cleans.
