Brandon did a great job removing A concrete pad. I had underestimated the depth of the pad but he was totally understanding and professional and cut it up and took it away. This pad was close to the house but was no problem for him. I would hire him again in a minute. Great job, Brandon. Thanks.

I would recommend Granite State Services to anyone. Granite State demolished my gunite in ground pool. Back filled the excavation,spread loam and seeded the entire area. Excellent results very pleased with the work and cost of the project. Brandon is very understanding of customer needs.

Took down an old smokehouse in our backyard. Got everything done in the span of a couple of days. Great communication throughout, reasonably priced, and did a fantastic job. Even put down some grass seed for us once everything had been cleared. Can’t recommend enough!

Brandon was AMAZING to work with, despite handing in an insanely difficult and frustrating project. Because of drainage issues, I needed to have the patio (which we thought was just a layer of pavers on dirt all the way around) removed from the two sides and back of my house (located in medford and thus in tight space). Brandon responded to my messages promptly, came to survey the spot within a day, and was able to start the next. Unfortunately he hit road blocks at every stop (in the first section there was an extra layer of pavers, the next section was a 4 inch poured concrete, and then we found a section with rebar within the concrete). But at each step, he communicated with me and spent a lot of time with me to explain the options I had. Obviously with much more work than expected, the price went up, but he was incredibly reasonable and his original quote and what I ended up paying were definitely below what I could have gotten anywhere else. He left my place clean and moved things back where they were. I would recommend him 100%!
