Seth did an absolutely amazing job clearing my horribly overgrown patch of a yard on a rental property I have in Somerville. Since it’s a rental I had put white rocks everywhere there should be lawn for what I thought would be low maintenance, but weeds grew through the weed barrier and rocks. They were higher than a chain link fence in the back! He was very responsive and communicated well throughout the process. He will be returning on a monthly basis to keep it looking decent and then do a fall clean up. His pricing is more than reasonable compared to other quotes I received.

Seth was very quick and responsive! He got our job completed on a tight deadline and was very professional and friendly when communicating. He also sent pictures as we could not be there which was very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely use Seth again if needed!

Seth does a great job in providing lawn services. The work is very thorough, detail oriented and timely. He also makes suggestions for improving the quality of the lawn, suggests the appropriate timing for putting in seed and fertilizer-- and does that accordingly. He also is pretty good about removing the weeds as they come in. He also provides other gardening tips if you want.
I am a busy professional.. and I have been using Seth's services for 3 years now, and my lawn looks great.. without taking too much time from me to perform these activities on a consistent basis.
I highly recommend Seth's lawn services for a great looking lawn!

Seth's Lawncare is AWESOME. Seth redid the gravel in my backyard, did planting and mulching in my front yard, and I also hired him to regularly mow my side yard. I've been thrilled with the results every time! Not only does Seth do great work, but he is fairly priced. Most important, however, is his excellent communication. For both my back and front yard projects, he came to scope out the situation and walk me through what he planned to do and why. Then, he sent over a written proposal that included both estimated materials cost as well as labor time. For my front yard, he even gave me multiple options so I could pick between a simple, lower cost refresh or a more extensive redo. When it came time to do the projects themselves, Seth provided regular updates as to when he planned to come do the work, including proactively communicating when he needed to reschedule due to inclement weather. I really appreciate his transparency, and his estimates were accurate. My backyard came in right at budget, and my front yard came in under budget! I highly recommend Seth's Lawncare if you want your outdoor space to look amazing!
