- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Event hourly pricing is per artist per hour (when hourly is indicated). at caricature events we can draw a black and white face in 3 minutes and a color face in about 6 minutes. Black and white faces are the quickest way to accommodate a large crowd. Side view pastel portraits can be done in about 5-6 minutes a face and are in color as well. If it is a single drawing, price indicated is for the drawing itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been drawing caricatures and portraits professionally for over 20 years, in Theme parks, zoos and aquariums throughout the country. I have trained countless artists in this field and have drawn people from all over the world.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been able to draw and when I was hired as a Caricature and portrait artist at a Theme Park in San Antonio, Tx , they trained me how to break down the drawing and do it quickly. I've been doing it ever since.
