Please note I am now commissioned in New Hampshire and Maine. I can sign out of state documents providing the signing happens in either of the two states I am commissioned in. Amy was amazing. She took care of everything. So much more than just a notary service. She carefully notarized all closing documents. Double and triple checked them for completeness and accuracy. Then she scanned everything, emailed a copy to the closing attorney and myself before hand delivering the originals to FedEx. Worth every penny and more.
