Coaching packages are priced on a monthly basis with the ideal of a 3 months commitment, packages are individually priced based on individual needs and budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first consultation is always free. This call is to assess the clients needs and how I can fit it to assisting them regarding their health and wellness. My goal is always to create the best outcome of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a PhD is Clinical neuropsychology, so I have an understanding of clients with neurological based illness, such as brain injury, epilepsy, MS, ADHD, learning disabilities. I am also a certified Health and Wellness coach, Certified Epigenetic Coach and Lifestyle Medicine Coach. I have coached clients in the areas of health, weight loss, stress, family relationships, and business management.
