Roy has been doing some insurance repair work for my basement after water issues. He has been very helpful with dealing with the insurance adjustor and helping me get everything organized. His work has been great and I asked him to do some extra work while on site and his pricing is excellent. Roy has always available when I had questions about the project.

But I will ask Thumbtack to just remove it because 1 I dont deserve that and 2 I will acknowledge that I didnt think about that until you sent that message and I apologize sincerely. If you would like a free bid I would be willing to offer you a line item detailed bid at no cost. They take me 4 hrs and the software is 4k per year. I usually charge 300 for them. It will give you exact prices and square footage on your project and I wouldnt expect you to hire me either. But because you were willing to listen and understand where I was coming from I appreciate that. Owner Roy

Roy and the gentlemen he works with, Sean and Tyler, are great people to work with first and foremost. They are extremely professional, perfectionists and their work shows their integrity. They listen, make great suggestions and are willing to go the extra mile. We were building our home were working with a few unruly contractors that weren't living up to what they promised and were falling way behind. One night we Googled contractors and ran across Thumbtack and Royal Home Renovations. We reached out to Roy who came out the next day to look at our project. I had estimates within days and he and his crew started on our home almost immediately knowing the timeline we were under. They had a full workload but again, they made sure that we were treated like a priority. He also has a great network with other contractors which shows his work ethic and personality. Here is the list of work they accomplished on our home: Trim, Molding and Baseboard Hung Doors, Door Fixtures Including A Sliding Barn Door and Pocket Doors Acacia Wood Floor Brazilian Matte Porcelain Floor Carpet Marble and Concrete Zero Entry Shower Closet Shelving Bathroom Mirrors Stacked Stone Around Kitchen Island Shiplap On Fireplace Wall Tile Backsplash In Kitchen Custom Backsplash In Wet Bar 3D Marble Accent Wall Exterior Siding Epoxy Garage Floor I have attached a few pictures of the work that was done on our home by Royal Home Renovations. I was limited to the amount of pictures I could attach, wish I could add more pictures of their work. Roy, Sean and Tyler definitely came to our rescue and we will be forever grateful.
