- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest and we do not want to be. We want to provide quality work that will last and you can't do that if you want to raise to the bottom to be the cheapest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to your location, with you if you would like, and determine what needs to be done. We will email over an estimate along with detailed photos of the work we would be doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew has over 20 years of cumulative asphalt experience and our customer service team has over 40 years of cumulative experience dealing with clients on a daily basis.
