I’ve been working with Derrick for about a year. He is great! I’m in a regular workout routine thanks to him and am definitely stronger and feel overall healthier. I had an ankle injury for part of the time and he geared my routine to aid in a faster recovery. He also makes working out fun … if you want long lasting results, he is the trainer for you!
