I would call and talk to these guys first before getting tied up with more expensive quotes from other companies in the area. And they provide warranties!

Money well spent! Jeff was great to work with! More than satisfied, the traditional method of mold removal was much more expensive which made me so glad I found this option. And the smell of clean air is crazy amazing, it had become an unfamiliar smell. I will reschedule additional fogging treatments just to have air this clean!

Jeff Neeley came out and gave us the best quote we could possibly have asked for so we asked him to do the mold remediation and mold stain removal. He was out here promptly at the agreed time. Very professional. Did the work in a timely manner and explained the process so that we could understand it. He took pictures when he was finished so that we can present that to the buyer of our house. We would definitely use Pure Maintenance Nebraska again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t charge for estimates or visual inspections though most customers have a mold problem that can’t be seen and typically choose to have mold tests performed for only $249. If there is a mold issue our cost of treatment for the entire home is usually about the same price our competitors charge to treat one or two rooms.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can usually come out for a free estimate in 1 to 3 business days. Please give us a call M-F 8am - 5pm.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a certified MICRO mold remediation contractor.
