Mark with Artisan is the best. I am in an update home nightmare. I believe the contractor is taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. I hired Artisan to do a separate part of my home. They fit me in really fast and opened my eyes and confirmed how bad the other contractor was overcharging for everything. Mark went above and beyond. He did all the electrical items I needed done. Installed a couple lights and 3 ceiling fans for a reasonable price. I have been able to contact him with questions many times. He put me in contact with another group of people to take care of everything else like painting I also needed done to finish the basement. I was so impressed with him I hired him to update my electrical box next week. He has very reasonable prices. Artisan will get my business for years to come so don’t hesitate if you’re in need of electrical services.

It was great. He had 2 emergencies so couldn't get to us at the scheduled time. I ended up calling and he explained what happened so we just scheduled it an hour later. It worked out just fine. Plus I also got my lamp fixed and scheduled a part for my other lamp to be installed in the future once a part is found. It is an older lamp but it can be fixed. Makes me very happy. Definitely recommend Mark for the job. He is very professional and very accurate in his work.
