FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know the price of anything is what everyone is drawn to, but really what we should be drawn to is value. What good does it do to have the lowest, or highest price for that matter, if you don't feel like your needs, your time and your goals are valued. After we talk the first time, I prefer to put a plan together and at that time I offer expectations and projected costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial conversation (typically over the phone) is short. It is designed to get to know each other to ensure we are a good fit. If we are, we schedule a 2nd appointment where I have the opportunity to interview you and then we start designing and creating a personal path that will benefit you, your life and your future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When my mom passed away, I was offered a job to speak at every function and life event for the funeral home. I turned that down, but I did realize that my purpose is to deliver the needs of the client, and to create a personal, unique and intimate experience. No canned ceremonies. I am a nationally recognized artist, author and I am a perspective influencer.
