- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fairly priced, but definitely not cheap. Cheap is no good and Good is not cheap.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather their information: name, address, email and discuss their project. Then we schedule an estimate. I email the estimate and if it is accepted we convert it to an invoice, in which a deposit will be due. Once the deposit is paid we schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a handyman since I was a teenager. I have worked for several companies and have plenty of reviews to back up my professionalism and quality of work.
