Unfortunately this individual selected and purchased the incorrect stain for the project (she chose a stain meant to go on horizontal furniture not vertical trim) . In addition to this she has not paid me for work we did and won't return my communication.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we set up a free estimate for the customer to look at the project that needs to be completed. We take some measurements, walk with the customer through exactly what they are thinking, provide insight and are experienced to make their plans come to life. Then, we provide a free estimate to the customer that's detailed, giving them an opportunity to see exactly what they are paying for.

20+ years of construction experience
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up on a farm, and I've been in construction for over 20+ years. It just made sense for me to start a business that took care of its customers.
