- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is based on the time I will spend in the home so that you know every minute I am in the home cleaning is a minute well spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the areas in the home and what the customer expects to be done in the home that way there is no missed communication on what will be cleaned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associate's degree in business and I was the general manager of a local cleaning company for over three years. I was in charge of things such as hiring, scheduling, sales, accounting, training, and quality checks of homes.
