- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on completed work. Depending on the type of clean, size, and cleanliness of the home, prices can vary. Additionally, prices given will be the exact amount charged- no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will message or give you a call to ask specific questions about the cleaning. Based the dates listed on thumbtack, I will try my best to book you on the given days. Once the cleaning is scheduled through our booking website, you will receive an email confirmation about the booking. For the day of cleaning, you can give a walkthrough of your home if you choose to do so. After the cleaning is done, we will ask for a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks great!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The main thing with working with Bright Delight Housekeeping, is that we're all highly experienced cleaning professionals. My team and I have 5+ years of cleaning experience to ensure your home feels like new!
