- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take into account the number of bedrooms and bathrooms when I am looking at the pricing. I give free estimates, can travel to you for this. I add on prices for interior windows, interior oven, interior fridge, and surface of the wall scrubbing. Everything else is included
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me via email or phone, set up a day that works best to clean, Arrive at their home, have them show me around and ask them what all their preferences are, any areas to focus on, avoid, etc. Let them know how long I think I may be, give an estimated range of price and explain what could raise or lower the price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is mostly healthcare, but I do have experience in cleaning as a housekeeper at a facility, now I have a fully booked schedule that’s usually booked two weeks out/ When looking to hire look at least two weeks out so that you don’t get stuck with a housecleaner that isn’t well-known or trusted to have a job everyday.
