I prefer fixed prices, but there are exceptions when materials need to be purchased or if the scope of work was incorrectly estimated in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the details, provide an estimate, and agree on a convenient time to do the work. I check the customer’s satisfaction after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Practical experience in repairs, plumbing, and electrical work through self-learning and hands-on practice.
