- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are based on a regularly groomed pup, with the expectation of maybe a few tables or small mats, an average to shy temperament...exceptionally difficult or matted pups may include an additional service fee...discounts often offered for multi pup appointments as it saves me on gas and travel time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take my time warming up to the pup so they are comfortable
