If I could give this company a negative 5 star review I would! The grout in the master bathroom is coming out, which he never fixed. The hand railings they installed are now coming out of the wall. The backsplash in the kitchen is glass and was not cut right next to an electrical outlet. His drywall guy left drywall dust and mud everywhere! Never cleaned up. This is just a small list of items.He refused to finish the job. Stated he wouldnt finish and therefor we dont have to pay him the $500 that was left on our bill. (The total cost of the job was over $40k). Because he wasnt going to come back and forfeited the remaining amount that was due, he tried to have us sign a release of his job duties. Because we didnt sign it, he then put a lien out on the propertyI dont think it is right or fair to put a lien on the property for a job that wasnt completed and also was told that we didnt have to pay the remaining balance of $500.

I recommend Royal Construction to any homeowner or realtor who is looking for a construction company to do a remodel or small renovation. Their employees are respectful and courteous, and the owners will treat you the same. You will not be disappointed when the job is completed.

I personally know and work with the owners, Amanda and Chad, on a regular basis. If you are looking for a contractor to remodel a large area or as simple as a backsplash change, please do yourself a favor and talk to them! They are genuine, great people who strive to do the best job every time!
