But with my experience and knowledge I can help you in understanding your own movement patterns to allow you to perform functional movements as safe as possible as well as understanding what foods ignite your metabolism if your looking to lose weight or what foods fuel your body to ensure you’re powering through the competition by creating a personalized program identical to your movement and metabolic thumbprint.
