Hey, my name is Patrick Spicer and my mission is to help you achieve your fitness or performance goals the right way backed by the latest and greatest science.

An amazing personal trainer. I’ve had amazing results from working with Patrick. Not only have I gotten stronger, but I’ve also lost a decent amount of weight. The biggest win for me currently is my Vertigo issues that I’ve had for a couple years is almost nonexistent.
The workouts feel great and Patrick will work closely with you to make sure everything is going good. Definitely recommend this guy. My life wouldn’t be the same without him.

I have been looking for a good trainer that would work with me and the goals i want to achieve and ever since I started doing Patrick's work out I have seen huge changes in the way I look, and feel, my goals were definitely reached I would 100% without a doubt recomend patrick as a trainer.

Patrick is not your ordinary trainer. He really knows his stuff he has a passion that no other trainer has. He truly cares about you and your goals your success is his success. He listens to you and your goals and gives 100% he knows just what exercises you need to meet your goals if I have Q’s he gives you a professional answer that you can understand. Patrick has a great understanding of the science behind each workout. He will make it a point to take the time to explain why you’re doing what you’re doing. His programs have gotten me great results and I would recommend him to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals, regardless of what those specific goals may be.
