- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a same day signing discount of 5%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way the process will work is we will give you a call a day or two before your scheduled estimate. We will ask you a few questions to get an understanding of the scope of work to be done. On the day we arrive for the estimate we will do a walk around of your property together and talk about what you the customer want painted. Once we understand the scope fully we will build the estimate and present it to you on site. If everything looks good we'll ask you for your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a month long franchise training to better understand customer needs and the products we provide. I've also worked as a painter.
