- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want our customers to feel like they are getting a fair price for our services. Our clients pay nothing upfront and only pay when they are fully satisfied. We begin with a free onsite estimate because every job is somewhat different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a friendly initial contact during which an estimate is scheduled. We show up on time and walk through the project with the client. We provide a detailed estimate which is emailed promptly. We ask the client if they would like a follow up call or if they would like to just contact us if they would like to hire us. If they accept the bid we do a color consult and schedule their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the painting business for over 25 years and we all know that experience is the best teacher. My son and son in law have both been in the painting profession for over a decade each.
