- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
engage over phone to discuss goals wanting achieved. Then we find a day and time that works best for both. We setup appointments and our system will send friendly text and email reminders for the appointment. We show up and get our measurements and go through all our steps to ensure you get the best product for your needs. We then will input all information gathered into our system and send the quote the same day.
