- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are customized based on factors such as the property’s condition and your specific needs. Sales tax is added, as cleaning services are taxable in Nebraska. For recurring services, we require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The earlier you notify us, the better we can accommodate other clients. We recommend providing at least one day's notice. Cancellations on the day of service may incur a fee, at the owner's discretion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your cleaning needs and then schedule an in-person walkthrough to assess the space, provide an accurate estimate, and address any details that may have been missed during our initial conversation. Depending on the project, we may offer an estimate on the spot or send a detailed quote within one business day. If you choose to proceed, we’ll coordinate the best date for the cleaning. Our team will arrive to deliver high-quality service, and after the cleaning, our administrative coordinator will follow up to ensure your satisfaction and gather any feedback.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the cleaning business back in 2000 when I worked for an agency in New York City, cleaning homes for a wide variety of clients. That experience taught me the importance of high standards and attention to detail. After moving to Fremont, Nebraska with my family in 2007, I began offering residential cleaning services independently. Over the years, I saw the potential to expand and offer more specialized services, so in 2017, I officially launched my own cleaning business. After six successful years, I founded Delasancha's Spotless Cleaning LLC in 2023.
