Hans designs workouts that are fun and engaging while helping me to increase my strength and agility. He constantly observes my movement during exercises and adjusts and corrects what I am doing BEFORE a problem occurs. I have exercised for years but I can honestly say that this is the first time a trainer has had the knowledge to make adjustments that allow me to progress without injury. He seems to always know when I need encouragement or praise. He makes me feel that my journey is important to him, which in turn spurs me to continue making myself healthier.

I can’t recommend Hans Uldal enough! I chose to train with him because of his extensive knowledge, his eagerness to help with form and answer questions in classes, and his kind yet funny demeanor. I wanted to improve my overall strength, and I knew he was the perfect coach to help me get there.
Hans created a personalized 10-week program tailored to my goals and explained everything in detail. He gave me valuable feedback in our sessions, ensured my form was always correct, and literally cheered me on during my lifts. Over those 9-10 weeks, my strength increased significantly—I went from a 205lb squat to 245lbs, a 235lb deadlift to 255lbs, and a 125lb bench press to 135lbs. On top of that, I saw noticeable improvements in my body composition.
My two boys, Hugh and Hank, also train with Hans in his Kids’ Foundational Training Camp, and they absolutely love it! Every Saturday, they wake up excited to go—something that isn’t always easy, especially for my oldest. They find the classes fun and challenging, and they always tell me how patient and knowledgeable Hans is. (Hugh even calls him the “smartest trainer!”)
