My name is Josh, and I have been a stage actor and vocalist for over 10 years. I received my degree in Business, and have been constantly confronted with the utility of a theatrical background in the corporate world. I have always had a passion for enrapturing an audience in a beautifully woven story or narrative, and found over the years I had developed a storytelling skillset that transcends the stage into my everyday life. People I meet so often ask me how they can "sound" better or be more engaging in conversation or speeches - hence coaching. I can guarantee if you hire me, you will learn more about yourself, build confidence, and best of all have a lot of fun in the process!
For 1-on-1 Coaching:
- I will always begin our session by learning about you (and listening to you speak) in order to assess what areas we can work to improve.
- This may involve work on your vocal posture, physical posture, mannerisms, enunciation, grammar, and more - depending on what you are comfortable with.
- I will provide habits for you to practice at home and continue after we are done, as I want to give you a benefit for life.
For Business Consulting/Group Sessions
- I will speak with members of the leadership to assess the areas you deem need improvement, as well as make my own judgements.
- I WILL NOT be individually coaching people on how to properly speak or coach their mannerisms, as that is reserved for 1-on-1 sessions and can be time intensive.
- I WILL be clarifying your weaknesses and strengths in communication, and addressing best practices and methodologies for establishing a HEALTHY and SUSTAINABLE work environment where people feel heard and seen.
- If your business suffers from strained relationships, unclear collaboration, unstable and uncooperative teamwork, or harsh reviews from customer interaction this is the program for you.
Guest Speaker/Motivational Speaker
- This service is for events, retreats, work parties/dinners, et cetera.
- I will be giving a 1 hour speech on communication as a whole, including the significance of effective communication, work relationships, communication between genders, mannerisms, body control, vocal control, and posture.
- An additional hour can be purchased for Q&A and audience interaction.
- Best suited for an audience of 20+ members.
