Zory did an amazing job on our family photos! Our toddler wasn’t feeling the best and was pretty fussy during most of the shoot, but Zory managed to still get some really good ones of us! She captures great candid shots and makes you feel really comfortable. She’s affordable and professional! Very happy with her work!

We started out by giving Zory information on what kind of photos we were looking for and why. We met in November 2023, the Sunday before Thanksgiving. When we received access to the photo gallery (without watermarks), we noticed the specific photo we had asked for was not included, even though we had taken it . After several attempts to get that specific photo, we downloaded photos from the gallery, but not all of them because we knew there was a limit and we wanted the one photo we had asked for. In January 2024, Zory sent us all the photos with her watermark. We found the photo we were looking for and sent her the jpg # along with the jpg # for the photo we wanted as an 8x10 portrait that was included in our price. That was Jan 6, 2024, and that same day she said she would send it to us. Feb 9, Feb 23, April 23, Jun 11 we sent follow-up for the photo and portrait and to this day have not received the photo/portrait nor a response from Zory. The photos by the way were beautiful and we really liked them, but extremely disappointed that the one photo we said we wanted was not provided and we never received the 8x10 photo that was included in our price.

I do military discount Also I do referral discounts (if you will refer someone and they will get a session with me you get rewarded as well)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to talk on the phone. Hear the customer and what they want. I want to make sure that they will be happy with their photos and that they will come back down the road :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Lightroom and Photoshop training
