- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The general prices listed are just that..I call it a guesstimate. If you prefer to have an accurate estimate I will come give you a free one prior to scheduling if that is something your more comfortable with. Sometimes it's cheaper to see it in person or vs versa..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Deciding expectations and estimates (which in person are free) and then getting scheduled
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a dental assistant for 15 years and customer service bartender for 20 plus so I have attention to detail that goes up and beyond anything that you would imagine I'm very picky and it shows.
