- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our regular firts cleaning services include: Dust top to bottom, clean baseboards, window ledges and ceiling fans (within reach) Dust all furniture and wipe them including legs, and pictures Clean and shine mirrors and glass furniture Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs Dust and damp mop hardwood floors Clean & disinfect bathrooms, including tub, tile, shower, toilet, vanity, lights, mirrors and floors Wipe down kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, disinfect counters, clean inside of microwave, scrub sink and mop kitchen floor Make all beds Clean and mop laundry room floor swept and mop all hardwood floors
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting to give a good presentation to my client, show that we are an honest and very responsible company, and thanks to them we have our job and they should get the best Service that they deserve, I always thought that good service will make us grow because we can get recommend and they can stay with our services and that is the priority of my company that our customers always receive a great job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been working long time ago on this job been training for a professional people how to use the correct chemicals, how to use equipments and know how to deal with customers.
