- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on each job (Prep work, major or minor repairs, Ceiling Height). We like to get our eyes on job before giving pricing to ensure an accurate scope of work, and a transparent quote. Our company prides it self on fast response and same day quotes!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial introduction, we like to first get an idea of what the customer needs to make sure we are not wasting their time. Next we like to set up either a free in-person estimate or a virtual estimate for smaller jobs. Finally, we will send the customer a detailed quote, with scope of work and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the painting industry since I was born. My family has ran a painting business for the last 35 years. The majority of my work experience and training has been working and managing that company.
