- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
every job I do gets a free estimate on what each customer is wanting to have done and each job is priced uniquely to each job and what customer wants done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start off by trying to contact customer on the phone and set up a time to come out and give an estimate of what they would like done my estimates are always free once that happens we pick a time and date when we come out there and I always communicate with the customer the night before or the day before 2 to make sure they're still wanting us to come and when we get out there we talk to the customer explained again everything we're going to do make sure they want what we had originally discussed if anything changed and if it changes we make the necessary arrangements and then we take care of whatever they need and we do not leave until the customer is happy and the work that we have been asked to do is completed to their satisfaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in Tree Service several years back but I've been doing tree removal and a lot of things to do with trees since I can remember my dad always says I started out as a kid I always wanted to help out with firewood in the winter.
