- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a variety of packages, 3 hour, 9 hour and 18 hour. These packages are most often used for decluttering and organizing. I also offer a 6 hour yearly maintenance package to keep things looking great! My staging consult for occupied homes is 1-2 hours at a flat rate. I offer a 4 hour or 8 hour option, for services like staging, redesign, de-cluttering for a move, packing and unpacking. Finally, I have an ala cart option. All packages include a complimentary consult, either virtually or in-person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary initial consultation, to learn about your goals and see the space(s). This can be done virtually or in-person. This is our chance to meet, discuss your organizing style and your goals. We then usually then with a 3 hour work session, but this is tailored to meet your needs and schedule. Before each subsequent appointment, we review how the space we worked on previously is functioning. We make adjustments as needed,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained by the Institute for Organizing Professionals, the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals, Staging Studio and Transformations Staging. I have a certificate of training for Residential Organizing and Move Management and Home Staging. I am a Certified Home Stager and Master Color Consultant.
