FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm $75 hourly except duct cleaning. duct cleaning is 35 to 45 per line. with a $80 diagnostic, that will be waived if the job is $500 or more and, of course, if I'm hired
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically go to the thermostat and turn the system on, then depending on what the system is doing. determines if I'm going to the airhandler/ furnace or the outdoor condenser next. then I report my findings to the customer and go over options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing heating and air conditioning since October of 97. I started out as a helper and after 5 years. I became a lead installer. after 15 years I decided that I had installed enough and wanted to do service, and that is when I went to school for heating and air conditioning. then I started doing service and running my own business in the evenings, and here I am now.
