- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will always be transparent. Each estimate, which we provide for free, will detail exactly what your costs are and what you can expect from the project. We do not charge for our project managers to come out and provide estimates and we do not believe in "hard selling." We do provide military and first responder discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out to let us know about your project, we will schedule a time that works for you to meet with one of our project managers at your home or project site. They will do a walkthrough with you and provide a complete estimate in 24 hours or less. Once you approve the estimate, we will get you on the schedule as soon as you're ready to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has been in the property management and development industry in North Carolina for more than 10 years. All of our crews are required to have a minimum of 5 years professional experience, with the average for our crews being more than 10 years of professional painting experience.
