- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
customers should understand that each quote is different there are some handyman services that I provide that have a set fee but most things require a consultation in order for me to talk to you as the customer and look over your project to ensure that we have everything covered in order to give the most accurate quote that we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically customers can expect to speak with my scheduling coordinator and schedule a time for a consultation at the consultation I will personally go over all aspects of your with you so that we can be sure to cover as many details as possible at the end of the consultation if you decide that you want me to take care of your project we move forward with scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my time serving in the Army has instilled a sense of discipline loyalty and dedication to each and everything that I do well in the service I was a 52c after my time was done I continue to work for qualified home repair pros from decking companies two new home builders I have a wide variety of experience with all aspects of the home I also have a diploma and carpentry from Forsyth technical community college along with a diploma and plumbing from Forsyth technical community college I strive on a regular basis to improve my knowledge base to provide the most recent and up-to-date information and repairs to my customers.
