We had an urgent repair on a Saturday evening. Steven and David came over immediately and repaired the garage door that was ripped off the garage wall when our son backed into it. David arrived promptly as scheduled, introduced himself and immediately told me what the repair would cost, but only if he determined that he could actually do the repair. He said if he did not feel he could do the repair, or if he started trying but could not make it look “new” again, he would not charge me. He also told me what he would charge for parts if I did not have the missing rollers and screws. Everything was very clear and reasonable from the start.
My 20+ year old garage door had lost rollers and screws and the top panel was badly bent, so I was definitely skeptical about the chances for a repair that would both look normal and function well.
The end result was nothing short of amazing! The door looks great, and functions better than it did when I moved in almost six years ago. A bonus is that David was able to complete the work in less than an hour! David saved me thousands of dollars, literally, as other companies I had contacted told me the door was not repairable and that my only option would be to have a new door installed.
