In all my years of utilizing contractors and services for my homes, I have never had a situation as bad as the one I am experiencing with ChemDry Winston-Salem. After over six weeks, I still do not have my area rug back. And, I have not been contacted about it.I have called and been told several different stories about my two area rugs. Both were false. I have been stood up - when they didn't show up for a delivery. The one small area rug that I finally did receive looks the same as when they took it for cleaning. When they finally brought it to my home, it was covered in strings and fibers. The guy who delivered it didn't have shoe covers. He came into the house; unrolled the rug and then stood on this white area rug with his dirty feet. He then asked if I wanted him to vacuum it? I am still waiting on the second area rug. I can't emphasize enough how disappointing their service is.

Update, Just had my house done. Still a great job!!!So I just want to start by saying. I know, the before picture is awful. I had to move my elderly aunt out of her apartment because she now needs more intense assistance. She had pets and was not able to tend to them. I was so worried she would not only not get her deposit back but that they would try to get her to pay for the replacement of the carpet. I was in desperate need of finding a solution. I called Chem Dry of Winston Salem, and well the photos speak for themselves. I know it was impossible to 100% remove all the red stains that had been there for years, but it looked great. Not only did we not have to pay to have it replace the carpet but we got our security deposit back. Yay Chem Dry of Winston Salem, they are great

Poor customer service and incomplete work.We called for the $99 three room special. We were told they would be here at 2pm today. They then called a couple hours before and said they had put someone in front of us on the schedule. They did not show up until 3:30, which effected our whole afternoon and evening plans and events with our children. They would make no concessions or apologize. They then completed the shampoo, but informed my wife that they are supposed to vacuum at the end of the job, but their vacuum was broken and she would need to vacuum.Poor service, and incomplete work.

Derek Bordner cleaned my carpet today. He was on time, professional, and thorough. He was very committed to making sure that I was pleased. I was. My carpet is about 17 years old. It is never going to look new again, but after Derek's cleaning, it looks good. It looks so much better than it did. I have used Chem-Dry of Winston-Salem for many years and have always been pleased.

So I woke up at 5am to the sound and smell of my cat having diarrhea. Ugghh right. I called five different carpet cleaners. They answered, lady on the phone was very nice. Explained if they came out today it would be an after hours charge or I could wait till Monday and it would be a regular service call. Needless to say I couldn't deal with the smell so they came right out. Henry was great. Jumped right in to cleaning the floors up. All the poo is gone. I have my nice whit carpet once again.
