Steve was able to come out the same day I contacted him. He assessed the problem and determined a solution. He discussed my options with me, I made a decision, he ordered the part and came back to repair my oven once it arrived.

Steve from Next Level Appliance was very responsive to my request, and ordered the part as soon as I gave the go ahead. The LG washer now has a new rubber boot that our new dog decided to chew up when we left him in the laundry room. Steve is certified on all the major brands and some others. He has been in this business for 20 years and actually grew up helping his father who had a repair business.
