José was great! He is professional, fair, efficient and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my washer and even showed me the broken part he repaired. The repair man called, and arrived on time. Very polite, very professional. He had to order a part and returned a few days later with it as he had explained. The washer is as good as new. I will definitely use him again,

Jose replaced the transmission (gear shaft) on my Maytag washer. He arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He explained everything as he repaired the washer. I am very pleased with Jose's work quality. I would use him again and would recommend him to our friends should they need an appliance repaired.

On January 9, 2020, I requested initial quotes from 3 different repair companies for my LG dryer. It had stopped working and I really wanted someone that could come out the same day. Jose responded, as did 2 other companies, right away. I chose Southern Appliance at random, and Jose texted that he was finishing up another call in the area. He was here within the hour and diagnosed the problem, quickly and went to Rocky Mount for a breaker part, for our circuit breaker. He could have easily told us to call an electrician. He went over and above to get my dryer running within 2 hours of my initial call! I would definitely recommend Southern Appliance to anyone and would certainly call them again, if I ever have any appliance problems! 5 Stars!! Excellent!! Reasonably priced!! Very responsive!!
