- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process of a new client would be as follows: 1. Get basic info from customer (name, address, and brief description of the project) 2. I travel out to the job site and asses the project. A quote can sometimes be given same day, but more complex projects may require quote to be delivered at a later date. 3. Once work is agreed upon, we will schedule the project (please note that if your project is larger like a window installation, we may charge 50% deposit to help cover the costs of ordering the materials).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in a mix of roles in the home improvement industry. I began my journey of home improvement as a kid working summers for my father’s roofing company. After college, I went to work sales for Pella windows and Doors of Grewenfield, MA. This gave me a great understanding of how to interact professionally with customers in their homes, as well as giving me a basis of knowledge for how to measure, order, and install windows. I have also worked in the installation team for a local Window World in MA. Working in the field every day helped me learn how to be a skilled craftsman, and how to face any challenge head on with an installers mindset.
