- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard is 10% of the rent collected. We can also provide additional maintenance services for a fair price. We do not require any up-front fees and all monthly fees are paid for with the rent collected, so there are no direct out-of-pocket expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain our services, view their property, provide them with an estimate for the amount of rent their property could receive. Once the owner signs a property management agreement, we quickly list their property for rent and secure quality tenants for the home. Owners can have as much contact as they would like with us. We help owners enjoy having rental properties and income without all of the hassle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One owner is a real estate broker and has managed rental properties for over 22 years. The other owner handles all of the paperwork and accounting procedures and coordinates maintenance and repairs.
