Discounts if adopted your pet SENIOR DISCOUNTS MILITARY DISCOUNT $14 to $22 for 30 minute visits depending on distance from my house in 28412 area code I love all animals. And care for yours like my own. I stay 30-40 minutes each visit for dogs. 20-30 minutes for cats Price per sit includes: Walks Playtime Fresh food and water Water plants inside and out Takin in mail and take out trash Medication administration if needed (no extra charge) I love all animals! I have 3 dogs of my own. And so have one cat I just adopted from the Humane Society. I foster dogs from shelters and work with shelters all over to help dogs and cats get adopted ! Let me know if you adopted your pet from any shelter an you will get 1 free visit with 1 paid visit!

Pretty much my furry boys chose her! They met Lisa and were obviously, very comfortable with her as one kissed her constantly on couch and the other laid at her feet during the beginning of our meeting. Amazing! Maked me a happy Mommy! Then as we did walk through of house and discussed all points of their care they responded to her always as of knowing she was going to be their loving babysitter! Very impressed and comfortable of her kind and nurturing nature, knowledge of pets and the importance of their routines and tlc needed when we are away. Feel completely at ease with Lisa in our home, sitting and loving our boys!

Lap Dogs and Cats Pet Sitting is 5 Stars! I needed pet sitting at the last minute for an out of town trip. They came over and spent quality time with me and my pets so everyone could meet and they could know the needs of my pet family. They love what they do and it shows. This is the first time having Lap Dogs and Cat Pet Sitting take care of our dogs. We feel Lisa and her husband handled our dogs wonderfully. We have 2 dogs, 1 old and 1 very temperamental. They took great care of our dogs for 7 days. Lisa was very good about keeping us informed on how our dogs were doing, and we were so pleased and grateful she sent us pictures and videos of our beloved doggies everyday! Honestly, we believe they went above and beyond, in that they kept our home clean, picked up any dog droppings, and took in our mail, even though we said it wasn't necessary. Some other pet sitters charge extra for some additional services, wherein Lap Dogs and Cats Pet Sitting did not. They are definitely priced well compared to others in the area. Also, thought we would be home earlier and told Lisa to skip her bedtime visit but that we'd tell if she had to come after all. Since Lisa is so caring, she asked if I didn't mind texting her when we did arrive home so that she'd know all was well and wouldn't worry. Lisa and her husband took the time to make us feel comfortable about hiring them. We also were happy to hear that they are loving pet parents themselves to at least triple the amount of dogs than we have, and all rescues! To us this means they have good souls and do this more because they love and care about animals than for the money. Also, we told them to be careful with our temperamental dog and it was okay if they didn't pay too much attention to her--just to feed her, make sure she had water and let her out. But again, they went above and beyond by being extremely patient with her, spending extra time with her in gaining her trust to to the point she allowed them to pet her and show her love and affection. For these reasons, we feel all the more confidant and happy with our choice and will most definitely hire Lisa at Lap Dogs again whenever we need a pet sitter. Thank you for helping us find them! Lisa and her husband watched our two cats for six days while we were on vacation. They did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them! If you want to go away and not have to worry about your pets, then these are definitely the people you want to take care of your babies! They came the day before we were going to leave to make sure they met the cats and knew exactly what the cats needed for the week. They even checked the key that we gave them to make sure it was the right key for the front door. While we were away we received pictures via text message and they were very much appreciated. I never worried once about my animals or my house. I highly recommend Lap Dogs and Cat Pet Sitting.

I come to your home for a free consult. To meet you and your pets. I get key and all instructions .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked all my life with animals. I worked at a Vet office while I lived in Georgia. I worked with animals for years at a grooming salon. I also rescue, foster and adopt from shelters all around the state. I’m also a former LPN. Able to give injections and dispense medications. I left working as a nurse to open my own Pet Sitting business in 2003! Because I love animals so much!!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As stated above I was working as a Nurse but always wanted to work with animals. So I left nursing to open my own pet sitting business!
